the day-to-day operations of the agency and cares deeply about his community and clients. Outside of the office, Andy enjoys spending time at his cottage on Wolf
Lake with his wife, Lindsay, and their two beautiful sons, Chase and Carter.
Kali Gorbach
Kali grew up in West Michigan, graduating with a degree in Education from Aquinas College. After teaching for several years, she was pulled in another direction and has been with our agency for over 5 years. At our office, Kali works with new business: writing home, auto, and umbrella policies. She has two young children, Summerlyn (daughter) and Grady (son), that keep her on her toes! In her free time, she enjoys golfing, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their families.
Kaitlin Valentin
Kaitlin grew up in West Michigan and is excited about joining our agency after having been a preschool teacher for many years. She has a deep passion for helping others. Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her significant other, Dan, and their children; Hunter, Noah, Leo, Vinny, and Nora planning outdoor adventures, time at the beach, and traveling. In her free time, she enjoys photography and watching her kids find joy in playing sports.
Rachael Johnston
Rachael grew up in West Michigan and graduated from Hope College in 2018 with degrees in Political Science and Communications. While at Hope, Rachael played lacrosse and grew her passion for creating. When she is not with her husband, Jimmy, Rachael enjoys putting her creativity skills to work through graphic design, DIY projects, and photography. She also enjoys reading, walking her Newfoundland, Harley, and playing games.
